Brown Beef

Heat up the oil and brown the beef chunks on both sides. Then, transfer to a plate.

Cook Garlic and Onion

Saute the garlic and onion in the remaining oil and cook until it's transparent.

Add Tomatoes

Add the tomatoes and tomato paste to the onion and garlic and cook together for 5 minutes.

Add Water + Bay Leaf

Add water and a bay leaf to the pot and let simmer for 45 minutes.

Add Carrots, Potatoes, + Beef

Add the carrots, potatoes, and beef and simmer for an additional 45 minutes.

Serve Over Rice
