Heat Oil and Butter

Heat up the butter and oil in a frying pan on the stove.

Saute Garlic

Add in the garlic and saute until it's brown (careful not to burn the garlic.) Set aside.

Coat Shrimp

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook Shrimp

Melt butter and oil on the stove and cook the shrimp until they are crunchy, not chewy.
