Heat Oil and Butter
Heat up the butter and oil in a frying pan on the stove.
Add in the garlic and saute until it's brown (careful not to burn the garlic.) Set aside.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Melt butter and oil on the stove and cook the shrimp until they are crunchy, not chewy.
Once the shrimp is cooked, add in the garlic butter sauce and toss to coat all the shrimp.
