You'll need rice, olive oil, ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter, flour, beef broth, soy sauce, and eggs.

How to Make
Loco Moco
Cook Rice

Using a rice cooker or a pot on the stove, cook your rice so it's nice and fluffy.
Make Hamburger Patties

Mix up the ground beef, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape patties and cook on the stove.
Make Gravy

While the patties are cooking, make your gravy in a separate pan and let it thicken up.
Fry Eggs

Fry up the eggs in a pan with butter until the eggs are cooked but still have a runny yolk.
