You'll need rice, olive oil, ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter, flour, beef broth, soy sauce, and eggs.
Want to change it up? Try using fried rice, add Portuguese sausage, top with kimchee, or garnish with pickled ginger.
How to Make

Using a rice cooker or a pot on the stove, cook your rice so it's nice and fluffy.
Make Hamburger Patties
Mix up the ground beef, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape patties and cook on the stove.
While the patties are cooking, make your gravy in a separate pan and let it thicken up.
Fry up the eggs in a pan with butter until the eggs are cooked but still have a runny yolk.
Make a pile of rice, stack on the hamburger patty and fried egg, and then drizzle gravy over the whole thing.
