Prepare the Mango
Peel, cube, and puree the fresh mango until it's completely smooth.
Mix the cold cream and granulated sugar together until a stiff peak forms.
Add Mango Puree
Add the fresh mango puree to the cold cream and sugar mixture.
Add Condensed Milk
Carefully add in the condensed milk and gently fold together.
Pour into Pan
Pour the entire mixture into a lined pan and top with freshly diced mango. Freeze overnight.
