Mango Pineapple Mocktail Recipe
Mango Pineapple Mocktail Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple (frozen pineapple would work too)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
How to Make a Pineapple Mango Mocktail
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth.
Rim the glasses by cutting a lime edge and moisten the rim with the juice of the lime. Then place the glass down-side into sugar, salt, or any granulated sweetener.
Pour the mocktail into two glasses. Enjoy immediately!
Tips
- I chose to use coconut water due to its hydrating properties, but using filtered water also works.
- Decorate the glasses with lime slices, pineapple slices, or mint leaves to get a fancy mocktail look.
- If you want to turn this into a Hawaiian cocktail, it’s easy. Add 4 oz of rum to enjoy a daiquiri or tequila if you prefer margaritas.
