  • 2-4 pieces of fresh pineapple 
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 slices lime  
  • 1 spring of fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2-3 oz soda water or club soda
