6 Incredibly Romantic Kauai Honeymoon Resorts

Are you getting married and trying to plan your Hawaii honeymoon? Here are some of the coolest Kauai honeymoon resorts worth checking out!

1. Grand Hyatt Kauai

One of the most beautiful honeymoon resorts on Kauai is the Grand Hyatt Kauai. It’s located in Poipu, which is the sunny side of the island. It’s my top pick for a romantic Kauai getaway!

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a fresh flower lei and offered fruit-infused water. The lobby is open and airy, with a jaw-dropping view of the ocean.

The Grand Hyatt Kauai is an awesome Kauai Hawaii honeymoon resort for couples who want a luxurious stay that is close to tons of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops.

Plus, it’s a short drive to many top Kauai attractions like Spouting Horn and the Waimea Canyon. Check out the latest prices and more details.

Grand Hyatt Kauai: Romantic Things to Do

One of the best things about the Grand Hyatt Kauai is that while it’s a large resort, there are plenty of ways to make it feel like a quiet getaway.

There are 5 on-site restaurants. The award-winning Tidepools is my pick for a romantic date night spot. It was built to look like a floating hut and you can check out the fish swimming in the lagoon.

If you want a more intimate dining experience, book a starlit, beachside dinner for 2. Or snuggle up in bed with room service!

It’s also a great resort for showcasing Hawaiian culture. They host local artisans and craftspeople in their lobby. There’s also an on-site luau that has shows twice a week.

The Grand Hyatt Kauai is known for its award-winning multi-level pools and saltwater lagoon. The pool area is simply gorgeous! It’s no wonder it’s one of the most romantic hotels in Kauai.

They have a lava-rock-lined lazy river where you can float past waterfalls, secret caves, and a 150-foot waterslide. Or chill out at their quiet adult pool area. And they have pool cabanas available for rent for extra privacy.

Finally, you’ll definitely want to check out Anara Spa, which is the largest spa on Kauai. They even offer couples spa experiences in a private bungalow.

Splurge and go for their Anara Pilialoha spa package that includes a warm stone and kava body scrub, volcanic clay mask, luxurious massage, outdoor shower for two, Oxygen Facials, lunch, and even a tropical pedicure! Ooh la la!

Another fabulous Kauai honeymoon hotel is the Koloa Landing Resort. Again, this is in Poipu, which is known for the best weather. It’s perfect for the first trip to Hawaii. This is one of the newest resorts on Kauai.

What sets Koloa Landing Resort apart from other Kauai resorts is that their rooms are twice as large as most standard hotel rooms on Kauai! It’s perfect for couples who like a bit more space.
