Yes! I think it’s important to set realistic expectations and scale down your itinerary, but it can be a blast bringing toddlers to Maui. There are lots of calm beaches, kid friendly restaurants, and fun excursions in Maui for toddlers.
Most Maui luaus are super kid friendly. And toddlers are often free (or have a reduced ticket price). Because of the time change, I suggest booking your luau on Maui for later in your trip so your toddler can stay awake for part of the show.
